As this did unfortunately happen upon your watch being pressure tested, which meant that your dial was damaged, we, obviously, wanted to rectify this problem fully and therefore sent the watch to Tag to have a full service (all undertaken at our cost). The cause of this is hard to determine but we suspect a flaw or tiny chip in the glass would lead to this happening but it is hard to say for certain. Unfortunately there are some instances that lead to glasses breaking during pressure testing.
